Parking lot sealing and striping
Weather permitting the sealing and striping of the library parking lot, the fire lane, the outside book drop lane, and the east or Library Lane lot (short term parking) will begin. It should take two days with half the work done each day.

These videos are presented by Mrs. Giselle Koerner's 2nd grade class from Heritage Elementary School in Streamwood and her two children Rachael and Zachary. The American Library Association awards the Caldecott Medal to an illustrator of a picture book each year and this year is the 75th anniversary of the award. Over the past school year, this class has been busy reading several of the award winners and picked their favorite book to present in English and Spanish.
