What's Happening
Gaming Sunday's @ the library takes place the second and fourth Sundays of each month. The next scheduled meetings are May 12th and 26th, June 9th, July 14th, and August 11th. We meet from 12:30-4:30 pm in meeting rooms 2/3 to play customizable card games such as Yu-Gi-Oh, board games, and anything else people want to bring. Although this is primarily a teen program all ages are welcome.
The Tefft Middle School Dance Team will be performing their wonderful hip-hop routine on Sunday May 19th at 12:30 pm in meeting room one. They will also be teaching us a few steps to try out. This program is free for all ages. Registration is not required.
Super Smash Brothers Brawl tournament is happening Saturday June 8th in the library meeting rooms. Sign up begins at 10:30 am with tournament play begining before noon. Teens/Tweens in grades 6 + are invited. Several platforms will be available for non-tournament playing. Bring your own controllers and lunch. Prizes are from Gamestop for 1st - 4th place. Yu-gi-oh tournament is taking place on Saturday July 6th from 11 am to 4:30 pm in meeting rooms 2 and 3. Players ages 10 and older must arrive by noon for card deck verification. No forbidden cards included. Only one of each limited card included. Players must use the same deck for the entire tournament. See the list at http://www.yugioh-card.com/en/gameplay/.
